Clinical Support Specialist - Cardiac Rhythm Management (Thailand)

Job Purpose
Provide clinical and technical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) therapies, including CSP/Pacemakers (Brady), ICD, and CRT (Tachy), to ensure procedural success, support physician adoption, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site clinical support during device implantation, programming, and troubleshooting
- Support complex procedures, including CRT optimization, ICD implantation, and CSP techniques
- Deliver product training and education to physicians and hospital staff
- Build strong relationships with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and cath lab teams
- Support new account onboarding and expansion into existing accounts
- Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive therapy adoption and growth
- Assist in hospital coordination, including procedural planning and PO processes
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in clinical support or medical devices
- Experience in Cardiology or Electrophysiology preferred

- Willingness to travel frequently
