Job Summary
The Clinical Support Manager (CSM) plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple Tareen Dermatology clinics. This position provides on-site leadership, oversight, and support to clinical teams to ensure patient care, efficiency, and compliance meet the highest company standards.
The CSM works closely with providers, Head Medical Assistants, and administrative teams to optimize clinic flow, manage medical supply, uphold operational consistency, and foster a positive, team-oriented environment across all assigned locations.
This position will sit out of one of our North clinics (Maplewood, Hudson, Monticello, Lindstrom, and Sandstone) and is required to travel between our North clinic locations on an as-needed basis.
Clinical Support Manager Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
· Oversee daily operations for assigned clinic locations, ensuring each site runs efficiently, safely, and in alignment with organizational standards.
· Partner with the Director of Clinical Operations to implement new workflows, process improvements, and policy updates across sites.
· Serve as the point of escalation for clinical support issues, concerns, or conflicts.
· Monitor patient flow, scheduling efficiencies, and staff coverage to maintain excellent patient experiences.
· Ensure consistent communication between locations and leadership regarding staffing, supply needs, and process changes.
· Conduct regular site visits to identify opportunities for improvement.
Staff Support & Training
· Provide leadership and mentorship to Head Medical Assistants and clinical staff to support their professional growth.
· Distribute weekly huddle topics to Head Medical Assistants for team review.
· Oversee the training and development of blood draws.
· Facilitate cross-site collaboration and ensure all staff adhere to standardized clinical protocols
· Provide supervision to Surgical Schedulers, ensuring consistent productivity, accuracy, and adherence to scheduling standards.
· Recognize and address performance management constructively and in collaboration with HR when necessary.
Supply Chain & Inventory Oversight
· Manage medical supply ordering and inventory for assigned sites, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and minimal waste
· Track usage trends and anticipate supply needs to avoid stock shortages or over-ordering.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
· Ensure all clinical maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, CLIA, and internal quality standards
· Oversee safety protocols, infection control measures, and equipment maintenance logs
· Support audits, inspections, and ongoing compliance training.
· Acts as the liaison between Tareen Dermatology and Quest Diagnostics.
Communication & Culture
· Foster a positive, solution-oriented clinic culture that aligns with Tareen Dermatology’s mission and values.
· Serves as a communication bridge between site staff, providers, and administrative leadership.

Education and Experience:
· Associates degree require. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· 3+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
· 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience, in a clinic environment required.
· Experience with EHR/EMR systems, patient scheduling, and front-office workflows, medical assisting workflows preferred.
· Experience supporting providers and coordinating daily clinic operations.
