Conduct project administrative tasks/activities and maintain the project information tables as assigned by the line manager.
Coordinate and participate in project meeting activities, including meetings / trainings arrangement, preparation and/or edit and integration of meeting minutes, presentation slides.
Project documents and materials (Hard and soft copies) management such as scan/filing/tracking etc.
Support PM to track and update the project details in systems (progress and budget/cost).
Assist with technical preparation of audits.
As required, maintain technical and office equipment (Copy machines, printers, etc.) in cooperation with local IT/Facilities.
As required, order office supplies and maintain stock levels.
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Education and Experience:
College diploma in life science, nursing or related background preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive and positive to perform tasks assigned.
MS Office skills.
Strong customer focus both internally and externally.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and achieve project timelines, Sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks.
Effective time management in order to meet daily metrics or team objectives.
Shows commitment to and performs consistently high-quality work.
