Job Overview: Join Acenda’s PACT program and make a lasting impact in the lives of adults in Cape May County. This role involves providing intensive, community-based support and advocacy to help persons navigate mental health, legal, and social challenges. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering services directly in the home and community. Ideal for compassionate professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with your team to assess, screen, counsel, and support individuals through clinical services, case management, and day-to-day interventions that help them regain stability and independence.

· Contribute to the creation of personalized treatment plans, working alongside clinicians and peers to ensure each individual receives care tailored to their needs and goals.

· Receive and apply ongoing clinical support and training to strengthen your skills and ensure every participant gets the highest quality of care.

· Deliver services directly in the community, building meaningful connections while helping individuals navigate their recovery in real-life settings.

· Support client success by completing all required documentation accurately and within established timeframes.

Requirements:

· Master's degree in Behavioral Health or Counseling

· Two years of post-bachelor's experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness

· Must be able to exercise independent thinking and good judgment under all circumstances

· Must be able to analyze work, set goals, develop plans and utilize time effectively and efficiently

· Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record

Additional Information:

· Starting Compensation: $23.07- $24.51 per hour pending license

· Sign on bonus: $750

· Bilingual-Spanish differential: $1.50/hourly
