The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Clinical Specialist (m/f/x)* you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of clinical education and training sessions for healthcare providers and staff.
  • Support clinical trials and product evaluations by collecting and analysing data, ensuring compliance with protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of clinical insights into product development.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients and healthcare professionals, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our products.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical documentation, including training materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to enhance clinical expertise.

Your Skills and Expertise 
To succeed in this role, Solventum seeks candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related discipline.
  • 1+ years of experience in a clinical or healthcare-related role, preferably within a medical device or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for conveying complex information clearly.
  • Experience in clinical trial management or regulatory compliance.
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and relevant regulations.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical documentation standards.
  • Fluent English skills, any additional languages such as Croatian, Slovenian or Serbian are a plus

Work location: Hybrid eligible, with a combination of remote work and travels to Croatia, Slovenia and Serbia

Travel: The role may involve up to 50% domestic & international travel

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
