Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide product presentations, training sessions, and certifications to homecare providers.
- Ensure partners maintain high-quality education standards and accurate product knowledge.
- Offer on-site problem-solving support when escalation is needed.
- Product presentation in workshops, at trade fairs and congresses
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align on partner needs and implementation plans.
- Collect and share partner feedback in CRM and coordinate internally with Customer Service, Marketing,
- and Technical Service.
- Traveling at least 60% of the working time.
Requirements:
- Clinical/medical background is required
- Experience in homecare / alternate care environments required.
- Experience in emergency care is a strong plus.
- High degree of self-organization to plan, prioritize and implement necessary actions.
- Strong training, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in German and good knowledge of English.
