Scope : Germany

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide product presentations, training sessions, and certifications to homecare providers.
  • Ensure partners maintain high-quality education standards and accurate product knowledge.
  • Offer on-site problem-solving support when escalation is needed.
  • Product presentation in workshops, at trade fairs and congresses
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align on partner needs and implementation plans.
  • Collect and share partner feedback in CRM and coordinate internally with Customer Service, Marketing,
  • and Technical Service.
  • Traveling at least 60% of the working time.


Requirements:

  • Clinical/medical background is required
  • Experience in homecare / alternate care environments required.
  • Experience in emergency care is a strong plus.
  • High degree of self-organization to plan, prioritize and implement necessary actions.
  • Strong training, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English.
