Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Assess and classify impacts of the change on stakeholders and stakeholder groups Define the appropriate change initiatives to manage the impacts of the change and the change risk mitigation options Identify a list of key stakeholders and stakeholder groups and define their goals and expectations levels of commitment and ability to influence the change process Develop the change acceptance strategy to ensure the intended change implements successfully Develop and update the Change and Training Plan Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
