The Clinical Program Manager RN is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all facets of the program, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, managing quality assurance initiatives, and promoting operational excellence. This role is accountable for fostering interdepartmental collaboration, developing strategic initiatives, and driving continuous improvement throughout the program.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Upon hire: Texas Registered Nurse License
- Within 1 year of hire: National Certification in area of practice
- 5 or more years of Professional nursing experience
- 2 or more years of experience in field of specialty
Preferred Qualification:
- 1 or more years of management and/or program development experience
