Position Summary
The Program Manager provides clinical and administrative leadership for Ballington House, a residential mental health treatment program serving men experiencing homelessness. This role oversees day-to-day operations and ensures delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, client-centered care in alignment with VOAβs mission and policies. The Program Manager is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment that fosters recovery, stability, and overall well-being for program participants.
