The community you’ll be caring for\: UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Bolingbrook - Support of the Executive Health / Clinical Support Contract Team

 

The role you’ll contribute:

Manages activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical program.

  • Develops, implements, and evaluates program services and initiatives to ensure efficient operation and high standards of patient care.
  • Hires, trains, develops, and evaluates staff to optimize performance and program effectiveness.
  • Assigns tasks, prioritizes, and coordinates work to maintain smooth workflow and address operational challenges.
  • Collaborates with various departments to optimize clinical processes and improve patient outcomes.
  • Monitors program metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develops solutions for cost containment issues and implements new services and systems/performance measures.
  • Monitors and adheres to budget guidelines, approving or monitoring expenditures to ensure compliance.
  • Fosters a collaborative work environment to enhance team performance and program success.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of patient care.
  • Addresses operational challenges and implements strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Provides support for local implementation and evaluation of clinical program initiatives.
  • Identifies best practices and shares them across the care continuum.
  • Other duties as assigned.
