  • Salary: $132,177 to $137,771 (Pro-Rata) – RN/M4 – Part Time 0.5 FTE / Ongoing appointment

Overview:

  • The Clinical Program Manager will use their clinical knowledge and experience to in relation to the redesign and commissioning of service pathways required to contribute to the development of the state wide Hospital Community Integration Care projects, inclusive of the reform initiatives related to Hospital Community Integration service delivery.
  • The Clinical Program Manager works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and both clinical and management staff to contribute to major system change.
  • The Clinical Program Manager will contribute to advice, leadership, management and clinical knowledge for the reform initiatives including supporting the delivery of health reform.
  • The Clinical Program Manager will contribute as an integral team member of the Integrated Care Team contributing to the Integrated Care Team business plan and leadership team.

Criminal History Screening Requirement

  • A ‘National Police Certificate’ NPC (also known as a ‘Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check’ NCCHC)  for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)
  • A DHS ‘Working With Children Check’ (WWCC) is required for this position.

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category B (indirect contact with blood or body substances)

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
