Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for line management of assigned Clinical Operations staff, including administrative oversight, professional development, performance appraisals.

Position is office based in Georgia (Tbilisi) with flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the activities and workload of the Clinical Research Associates and Clinical Trial Assistants
• Conduct employee performance assessment: mid-year and annual
• Ensure and control the tasks related to the implementation of the clinical research
• Organize and ensure implementation of biomedical research in accordance with requirements and agreements with the clients
• Prepare proposals, scope of work and budget for clinical trials
• Maintain clinical trial contracts/amendments, plan a clinical trial budget
• Coordinate financials reports and invoices
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Communicate with clients
• Provide business development support

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Life science
• 7 years experience in Clinical research
• Fluent written and spoken English language
• Experience with team/people management
• Good coordination skills
• Attention to detail, time-management and problem-solving skills
