Role Snapshot

  • Title: Clinical Operations Manager (Clinic & Telehealth Team)
  • Pay: $95K–$125K all-in (base + 10–15% bonus)
  • Location: Annapolis, MD area • Onsite
  • Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri, standard business hours

Own daily flow for both in-clinic MAs and remote NPs. Fix broken workflows, coach tough personalities, and keep care running smooth—no waiting on approvals.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead MA team onsite and remote daily check-ins

  • Support NP telehealth workflows and clinic operations

  • Spot bottlenecks and fix workflows fast

  • Track metrics on productivity, schedules, and response times

  • Hold team accountable to clear goals

  • Coach, hire, and develop strong support staff

  • Partner with leadership to drive change and scale operations

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years managing people in healthcare or operations

  • Experience leading MAs, clinic staff, or telehealth support teams

  • Strong communication and follow-through; comfortable with tough talks

  • Proficient in EMR/EHR systems

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to Have

  • Startup or multi-site clinic experience

  • Exposure to remote or hybrid clinical teams

  • Performance management or quality improvement background
