Minimum qualifications: 

  • Associate’s degree

  • 5+ years of experience in Radiology

  • 2+ years of supervisor experience

  • Current ARRT, ARDMS, or CNMT certification

  • Florida General Radiographer License (CRT)

  • Basic Life Support (BLS)

 

Preferred experience: 

 

  • Previous employee training experience
  • Cerner, Agfa EI, OneNote, Excel, Teams, Five9 (current applications)

The role you’ll contribute:

The Clinical Operations Manager, reporting to the Director of Practice Operations, provides guidance in planning, direction, coordination and evaluation of radiology practice operations.  The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for managing clinical support staff and daily administration of specific tasks necessary for efficient performance of the radiology practice while delivering high-quality imaging patient services and exemplary customer service to all imaging stakeholders. 

The value you’ll bring to the team:

  • Coordinates and collaborates with leadership and physicians to develop and implement strategic growth plans including identifying, recommending and implementing practice needs\: staffing, services, equipment and facilities.
  • Liaison between Practice Leadership, Radiologists, Radiology Facilitator Supervisors, Lead Clinical Radiology Facilitators, Clinical Radiology Facilitator and other hospital departments.
  • Serves as knowledge source and mentor for existing and new Radiology Facilitator Supervisors, Lead Clinical Radiology Facilitators, Lead Administrative Radiology Facilitators, Interventional Radiology Facilitators, Clinical Radiology Facilitators and Administrative Radiology Facilitators.
  • Coordinates, participates and encourages participation of clinical support staff in mission initiatives, volunteer and community service support and RSVP Cares foundation. 
  • Creates and manages new, open, replacement or termination of position requisitions in the Hub.
  • Schedules, conducts interviews and completes hiring process for new clinical staff.
  • Coordinates and manages orientation, education, clinical training and competencies for new clinical staff.
