Clinical Informatics Facilitator

King’s College Hospital London – UAE is seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Clinical Informatics Facilitator to champion the integration of clinical workflows with healthcare IT systems—supporting our commitment to safe, effective, and patient-centered care.

🩺 Role Summary:
As the Clinical Informatics Facilitator, you will serve as a vital bridge between clinical teams and information technology, optimizing the use of Cerner Electronic Health Records (EHR) across the organization. You’ll empower staff through training, support, and continuous system improvement—ensuring digital solutions enhance care, not complicate it.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline support for Cerner EHR systems, working closely with clinical staff to resolve issues and improve workflows
• Facilitate training sessions for new users and ongoing education for existing staff
• Collaborate with clinical leaders and IT to identify, design, and implement system enhancements
• Monitor data quality and ensure alignment with clinical processes
• Champion user adoption and engagement of digital tools through effective communication and change management

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Nursing, Allied Health, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience working with Cerner in a clinical or informatics capacity
• Solid understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
• Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a hospital setting strongly preferred
