The BH Clinical Educator plays a key role in advancing education initiatives across specialty areas within Baystate Health (BH). Under the guidance of the Director Clinical Education, this position is responsible for delivering high-impact clinical education and validating staff competencies across multiple sites. The educator ensures that staff development aligns with organizational priorities, regulatory requirements, and specialty-specific standards.
