Clinical Educator (RN) - Surgical Services

Serves as clinical expert providing education, research, coaching, direct care, consultation, leadership collaboration and ethical decision making for patients and nursing. Serves as a change agent and promotes quality through the utilization of nursing expertise. Provides clinical care as needed when census demands. Communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leader(s) as needed.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Required

Work Experience

• 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience Required

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License Upon Hire Required and


• BCLS - Basic Life Support BLS certification Upon Hire Required and


• Advanced certification in field of specialty (AORN) Upon Hire Required
