Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking an experienced and innovative Clinical Educator to join the Northwest Specialty team!
Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Development, the clinical educator serves as a hospital-wide specialist in the design, development, provision, evaluation, and review of education while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies and the Joint Commission. Works collaboratively with the clinical leadership team to set goals/priorities for the annual as well as just-in-time education/training; assessing needs, creating plans, develop program, as well as implementing and evaluating the effectiveness. This role is a key resource with leaders in coordinating onboarding plans for new employees. Works with the clinical leadership team to assess, plan, develop, implement, facilitate, evaluate, and revise educational programming for all levels of nursing personnel and non-nursing personnel as indicated/requested.
