The Clinical Educator at the VNH plans, coordinates, and provides clinical education and professional development activities for clinical staff across clinical programs. Serve as education specialist to assist with orientation, education and training activities, competency assessment and implementation specialist for programs and initiatives. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with all patient care disciplines. Promote professional behaviors, practice and standards while supporting organizational imperatives and promoting an environment of patient centered care. Integrate clinical practice with informatics and technology systems.
