Job Description: Clinical Education Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
Provide clinical training and education to healthcare professionals on the use of sonic beam therapy platform.
Conduct in-field evaluations and assessments to ensure effective implementation of treatments.
Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide feedback from clinical settings to enhance product offerings.
Support clinical trials and studies, including recruitment, training, and data collection.
Develop educational materials and resources to facilitate training sessions and workshops.
Monitor patient outcomes post-treatment and collect feedback from clinicians to foster ongoing improvement and refinement of techniques.
Attend and participate in trade shows, conferences, and meetings to represent theΒ company and educate potential customers about our products.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of training sessions, customer feedback, and clinical outcomes to report to management.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively relay complex information to diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel 70% of the time, 3 nights a week.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in clinical education, medical device training, or related field.
Proven track record of successful training delivery and engagement with healthcare professionals.
Experience in evaluating and implementing new clinical technologies in hospital or outpatient settings.
