This is a remote position.
OpenLoop is looking for a full time RN Clinical Education Lead to join our team remotely.
In this role, you will design, build, and implement scalable remote training programs that prepare RNs for success in a fast-paced, multi-client telehealth environment. We are looking for someone who thrives in a virtual-first setting, can work independently, and can create high-quality training content from the ground up.
You will take complex clinical workflows and translate them into engaging, easy-to-follow learning experiences—ranging from interactive e-learning modules to video walkthroughs and resource guides. This role works closely with the RN Manager, Clinical Education Director, and Medical Director to ensure all RNs are equipped with the tools, resources, and knowledge to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
Build and Design: Create comprehensive, scalable training programs for the RN team using tools like Litmos, Loom, Notion, and Confluence.
Lead Onboarding: Manage and continuously improve onboarding processes for new RNs to ensure a smooth, confident start.
Collaborate for Accuracy: Partner with clinical leadership and subject matter experts to keep training content up-to-date and adaptable across multiple clients and service lines.
Ensure Excellence: Maintain alignment with OpenLoop’s standards for clinical quality, compliance, and patient safety.
Innovate in Remote Education: Apply best practices in instructional design to make learning interactive, engaging, and results-driven.
Contribute to continuous improvement of team operations and patient experience.
