As the Clinical Education Manager, you will lead the design and execution of clinical education strategies, manage Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships, and ensure compliance in all educational activities. You will be responsible for organizing scientific events, training sessions, and advisory boards, while maintaining accurate documentation, conducting FMV (Fair Market Value) assessments, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

  • KOL Engagement & Management<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
    • Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with KOLs and clinical experts.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Categorize KOLs according to FMV policy and manage contracting, documentation, and FMV assessments.
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Organize advisory boards, speaker training, and clinical collaborations.
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Track and evaluate KOL performance to ensure alignment with business goals.<\/span><\/span>

    • Clinical Education & Training<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
      • Develop and deliver clinical education programs (in\-person, online, hybrid) for HCPs and internal teams.
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Work with marketing, sales, and clinical teams to align content with strategic priorities.
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.<\/span><\/span>

      • Content Review & Compliance<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
        • Review and approve clinical and scientific content for accuracy and compliance with local\/global guidelines.
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Collaborate with regulatory and legal teams to ensure all HCP\-facing materials meet compliance standards.
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Maintain documentation for audits and internal reviews.<\/span><\/span>

        • FMV Assessment & Documentation<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
          • Conduct FMV assessments for HCP engagements, ensuring fair and compliant remuneration.<\/span><\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Keep FMV benchmark data current and support internal audits as needed.<\/span><\/span>

          • Cross\-Functional Collaboration<\/span><\/span>
            <\/li>
            • Partner with marketing, sales, legal, regulatory, and medical affairs to deliver integrated programs.
              <\/span><\/span><\/li>
            • Contribute to regional and global initiatives by sharing best practices and ensuring local alignment.

              Requirements<\/h3>
              Qualifications<\/span><\/span>
              <\/div>
              • 5+ years in clinical education, KOL management, medical affairs, or a related role in Healthcare or MedTech.<\/span><\/span>
                <\/span><\/li>
              • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks for HCP interactions.<\/span><\/span>
                <\/li>
              • Experience in FMV evaluation, HCP contracting, and content approval processes.<\/span><\/span>
                <\/li>
              • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.<\/span><\/span>
                <\/li>
              • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM and LMS experience is a plus.<\/span><\/span>
                <\/li>
              • Willingness to travel up to 30%, including internationally.<\/span><\/span>
