Our Education Coordinators support the Clinical Education Department by providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining both physical and digital education records The coordinator helps schedule trainings, uphold compliance standards within learning management system (LMS) and assist with ongoing projects. Additionally, this role facilitates effective communication and collaboration across departments and supports of Clinical Education initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Department Coordination:
Coordinate with multiple departments (e.g., Quality, Human Resources and Clinical) to ensure documentation requirements are met.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure document control compliance.
Support audits and inspections by providing required documentation.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of sensitive information.
Project Assistance:
Track project progress and update schedules, task lists, and status reports
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
Support communication between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders
Maintain accurate and organized project documentation and records
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and project summaries
Administrative Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to the Clinical Educators:
Prepares and maintains an inventory of education material used for meetings and orientations
Contact and schedule in person and remote trainings with new hires prior to orientation
Creates and maintains attendance records for staff meetings
Categorizes and documents education records for agency staff
Attends staff meetings to provide support clinical education team as needed:
Demonstrates teamwork and effective communication to accomplish Agency goals
Performs other duties as assigned.
Learning Management System (LMS) and training coordination
Provide daily administrative support to the Clinical Education Department, with a focus on LMS
operations and troubleshooting. Assist Learning Management System Administrator with uploading, organizing, and maintaining course materials and learning modules within the LMS.
Monitor LMS activity and generate usage and compliance reports for mandatory training, certifications, and continuing education.
Coordinate learner enrollment, course assignments, and completion tracking within the LMS.
Provide LMS-related technical support, escalating issues to IT or LMS vendor as necessary.
Train new users (staff, educators, and clinicians) on LMS navigation and usage through guides, walkthroughs, or group training sessions.
Support planning and logistics for in-person and virtual clinical education events, including orientation with LMS integration where applicable.
WHAT YOU HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in business, personnel management or related field
Minimum of 2- years’ experience in a business setting.
