Job Description


Your role:

  • Leads the design and implementation of advanced clinical training and advisory programs, ensuring alignment with Philips' strategic initiatives and the latest healthcare trends to enhance clinical skills and knowledge among internal and external healthcare professionals.

  • Organizing the analysis of instructional and educational requirements, the design of instructional goals, objectives, assessment instruments, content, lesson planning, media selection and other learning service development and delivery strategies, working under limited supervision.

  • Coordinates with global clinical teams to pilot new training and advisory modules, gathering comprehensive feedback to refine and optimize program content and delivery methods for diverse healthcare settings, working under limited supervision.

  • Creates and implements robust strategies tailored to internal and external (clinical) staff needs, incorporating a blend of digital engagements, hands-on workshops, and simulation-based training to help enhance competency and performance.

  • Works closely with clinical leaders, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to develop and refine role-specific learning solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Leads systematic evaluations of learning programs through learner feedback, assessment metrics, and performance outcomes, utilizing data analytics to identify areas for enhancement and ensure ongoing alignment with best practices in adult learning principles and clinical excellence.

  • Delivers with a team, dynamic and interactive training sessions, workshops, and simulations for internal and external (clinical) staff, utilizing both in-person and virtual platforms, ensuring that the training content is engaging, relevant, and up-to-date.

  • Develops specialized training materials, including in-depth case studies, clinical simulations, and interactive e-learning tools, designed to enhance clinical competency and operational efficiency.

  • Guides the logistical aspects of training program execution, including scheduling, coordination of training materials, and management of training venues or virtual environments, ensuring that all training resources are available, functional, and aligned with organizational standards.

  • Modifies training courses within the Learning Management System (LMS) to incorporate the latest product updates, clinical practices, and training requirements, ensuring content remains current and relevant.

  • Ensures all training programs comply with regulatory standards and industry guidelines, meticulously maintaining accurate documentation and records to support audit and accreditation processes.

  • Optimizes training processes through continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics and participant feedback to streamline program delivery and enhance learning outcomes.

  • Mentors junior clinical learning specialists, providing expert guidance on instructional techniques, clinical content development, and professional growth within the clinical education domain.

You're the right fit if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Radiology Technology and Radiation Safety.

  • Minimum 10 years of clinical experience in Radiology Technology.

  • At least 5 years in clinical education.

  • Experience in training content development and delivery for Operators, Physicists, Radiologists.

  • Clinical and medical diagnostic expertise.

  • Radiation safety knowledge for imaging devices.

  • Familiarity with Philips DXR equipment.

  • Stakeholder management and strategic planning skills.

  • Understanding of Clinical & Medical Affairs.

  • Experience in continuous improvement and training program management.

  • KPI and feedback management.

  • Knowledge of multimedia technologies.

  • Ability to assess training needs.
