What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll help ensure the accuracy, organization, and compliance of critical laboratory data and quality systems.
- Support Quality Assurance initiatives related to quality control, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
- Archive and maintain data binders, training files, and equipment records to ensure audit readiness
- Compile and organize data for instrument correlation and carryover testing
- Create graphs, dashboards, and reports for monthly quality indicators
- Perform data entry and tracking for rejected assays, CEUs, and equipment logs
- Generate and distribute CEU certificates
- Run and analyze reports from MasterControl, Access nonconformance database, FileMaker, and other quality management systems
- Assist in maintaining compliance with CLIA, CAP, FDA, and state regulatory standards
- Follow established SOPs and laboratory safety protocols
- Communicate quality-related concerns and findings to QA leadership
RequirementsWhat You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a laboratory, quality, or regulated environment
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency with data systems and Microsoft Office (Excel experience highly preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured, compliance-driven setting

Location: Calabasas Hills, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Duration: 6-month contract with potential for permanent hire
Compensation: $24/hour (W2) + Benefits
