Clinical Compliance Specialist

Pay: $65,000

Nuvia Dental Implant Center is looking for a Clinical Compliance Specialist to join our team. We provide dental implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, literally changing their lives. This position would be part of the Operations Team in our Central Support office located in

Role:
The primary responsibility of the Clinical Compliance Specialist is to ensure strict
adherence to state and federal governmental regulations, as well as dental laboratory
guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Center preliminary research
• Travel might occur 25% to new Centers.
• Openness to learn the center compliance responsibilities.
• Dental boards
• Confirming legal requirements
• Licensing through the Department of Health
• Communications with State Nursing Board
• Inspections are up to pare with sudations and radiology.
• Monthly meetings with the Lead Assistant, meeting center needs, complete audits, and logs books.
• Training on any new laws and safety.
• Assisting in managing licensing BLS.
• Workers Compensation, patient emergencies, documentation.
• Natural Disasters
• HIPPA, annual on emergency preparedness
• On the phone with 3-4 different companies about 50% of the time
