Casual Clinical Consultant - Upper Extremities

We are currently seeking a Clinical Consultant to join our Upper Extremities team based in Auckland, on a casual basis. You will provide clinical and technical support to orthopaedic surgeons, nurses and hospital staff.

This role will include some travel to New Plymouth and Tauranga and will be paid on an hourly rate.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and technical support during orthopaedic procedures, primarily in Upper Extremities.

• Build strong, trusted relationships with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

• Deliver ongoing training and education to hospital staff on the effective use of Stryker products

• Collaborate with the sales team to support territory objectives and case planning

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and clinical techniques

• Ensure exceptional service and support to both public and private hospitals across the Northern Territory

What we’re looking for:

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. nursing, physiotherapy, science, biomedical engineering)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, theatre-based environment

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is advantageous

• Current driver’s license and flexibility to travel as required
