Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team in Tiruchirappalli, Chennai on a contract basis. This role requires a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The position involves enhancing business processes and ensuring efficiency and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a pivotal role in process documentation, process mapping, and workflow optimization.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in process documentation to ensure all business processes are recorded and standardized for consistency (Mandatory skill).
  • Skilled in process mapping to visualize current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience in workflow optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
  • Understanding of change management principles to effectively implement process improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills to liaise with various departments and ensure alignment of process improvements.
  • Adept at SOP development to establish clear operational guidelines and procedures.
  • Competence in business process modeling to create representations of a company’s processes for analysis and improvement.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with departmental teams to assess and map current business processes.
  • Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities that align with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Implement process changes and oversee the management of these initiatives while mitigating impacts.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support the adoption of new processes or systems.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented process improvements and refine strategies as needed.
  • Ensure that all process improvements align with the company's overall strategy and compliance requirements.
  • Report on process improvement initiatives and their impacts to senior management.
