About the Position: This role primarily supports children and adolescents, with a strong focus on clients involved in Enhanced Foster Care (EFC) or other child welfare systems. The Case Manager will work closely with caregivers, DHS workers, school systems, and external providers to ensure continuity of care. Under general supervision, they assist in the provision of telehealth and in-person first contacts, screenings, and referrals. They also work to establish and maintain a treatment focused environment for consumers and family members receiving treatment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive case management for a caseload made up primarily of youth and families.
- Navigate and respond to the unique challenges of Enhanced Foster Care, including coordination with DHS, foster parents, and residential placements.
- Advocate for the needs of children in care, ensuring access to medical, behavioral health, and educational supports.
- Complete and submit monthly EFC reports in accordance with agency guidelines.
Job Type/Salary: - Pay: $46,750 yearly/$22.48 hourly
- plus $3.00 shift differentials when working weekends or holidays; and $1.00 for on-call
- Primary Working Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday
- Occasional weekend and holiday coverage required.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:- Level II-Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a master’s degree; or a bachelor's degree; or a currently licensed registered nurse in Oklahoma with experience in behavioral health care; or 60 college credit hours and certification as a Certified Case Manager, or 36 months of behavioral health experience and certification as a Certified Case Manager
- Certification as a Certified Behavioral Case Manager II must be completed within 30 days of start date with the agency, contingent to training availability.
Special Requirements: - Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Must be 21years of age
