The Associate Dean of Nursing & Health Sciences will provide visionary leadership for the continued development of the Nursing Department, its program, resources, and future direction in compliance with the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), Arizona State Board of Nursing (AZBN), and college resources.
The Associate Dean of Nursing & Health Sciences will ensure that the governing organization's mission, goals, and/or values are evident in the nursing program's mission, goals, values, and/or philosophy. While also ensuring that communities of interest have opportunities to provide input into nursing program processes and/or decision-making.

College Administration & Reporting
The Associate Dean of Nursing & Health Sciences will report to the Dean of Health Sciences & Public Services (Academic Division 2).
In addition to the Nursing Programs, the Associate Dean of Nursing & Health Sciences will have supervisory responsibility for the Director of Allied Health and Director of Radiology.
