Summary
The Richard and Sheila Young School of Nursing Program is seeking applicants for a full-time Assistant Professor of Nursing position within the Pre-Licensure Program. Primary responsibilities include serving as the Clinical Faculty Liaison (CFL) with a full administrative release, participating in committee work, and contributing service to the department, college, and the broader community.
The CFL acts as the primary point of contact between the Young School of Nursing and clinical faculty. The CFL maintains a positive relationship with clinical agencies, overseeing student learning experiences at those sites, and ensuring alignment between academic curriculum and clinical practice standards. The CFL reports to the Associate Dean of Pre-Licensure Nursing and works closely with the Pre-Licensure clinical placement team and manages a range of administrative processes.
A Master of Science degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent, a current Massachusetts RN license, and significant experience in clinical experience across diverse healthcare settings is required.
