What are we looking for
We are seeking an Administrative & Clinical Support Specialist to provide both operational and administrative support across Medical Administration and Longevity Medicine. In this role, you will help coordinate processes, assist with day-to-day operations, and actively support client-facing therapeutic services, includingΒ HBOT, Cryotherapy, and Infrared Sauna.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, supporting various medical teams as needed, and contributing to the maintenance of accurate documentation and compliance across the organisation. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, clinical support, and direct interaction with clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Support medical leadership during absences, workload peaks, and special projects
- Handle scheduling, documentation, and communication between clients and doctors
- Coordinate logistics for treatments, samples, couriers, and service bookings
- Provide administrative support to psychiatry and wider medical teams
- Maintain structured workflows and facilitate cross-department communication
- Operate HBOT, Cryotherapy, and Infrared Sauna devices after training
- Guide clients through treatment sessions while ensuring safety, hygiene, and proper documentation
- Support QMS tasks, including audits, SOP/document control, and training/compliance tracking
You are/have
- Completed medical education (e.g., MPA, Pflegefachperson HF, or equivalent)
- 2-3 years experience in medical administration, coordination, or operational support
- Strong administrative, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Fluency in German (C1) and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, and E-PAT
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and operate therapeutic devices
- Professional, discreet, and reliable, with the ability to handle confidential information
- Eligible to work in SwitzerlandΒ
