Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join a mission-driven healthcare organization as their first dedicated administrative team member. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance while building the operational foundation for continued growth. Responsibilities

  • Manage Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) compliance through specialized online platforms, ensuring all client services meet state regulatory requirements
  • Create and maintain detailed caregiver notes for client visits using established templates and quality standards
  • Conduct thorough reviews to identify and flag missing or incomplete documentation for management follow-up
  • Generate comprehensive weekly compliance reports that track organizational performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Utilize advanced AI tools (ChatGPT) with provided client information to create compliant documentation when catching up on backlogged entries
  • Verify billing accuracy by cross-referencing service units with timesheets and ensuring proper documentation exists for all billed services
  • Track multiple projects simultaneously using organized spreadsheet systems with measurable completion metrics
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership on compliance progress and potential issues
  • Evolve into customer satisfaction role, conducting check-in calls with clients to ensure service quality
  • Eventually, communicate directly with staff members regarding certification renewals, training opportunities, and performance improvements

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computers and eagerness to learn new software platforms and compliance systems
  • Ability to work independently while following detailed procedures, templates, and quality standards
  • Willingness to complete comprehensive training on iConnect software and state compliance requirements
  • Experience with or strong interest in learning AI tools like ChatGPT for content generation and efficiency
  • Detail-oriented mindset essential for compliance-focused work in a regulated healthcare environment
