We're seeking an Administrative Assistant for Clinical Education to play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Clinical Affairs department, directly contributing to the success of third- and fourth-year medical students during their clerkship experiences. This position serves as a central liaison among students, faculty, clinical sites, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination, timely communication, and accurate record-keeping throughout the clinical education journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Assistant Dean for Clinical Education, Clerkship Directors, and Clinical Coordinators.
Coordinate scheduling and logistics for clinical teaching sessions, didactic courses, and curriculum delivery.
Track grades and evaluations, ensuring timely submissions and accurate academic records.
Support onboarding and communication for students at remote or out-of-network clinical sites.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, organize travel, and process reimbursements for faculty.
Maintain confidential records and support accreditation documentation.
Act as the first point of contact for clinical education-related inquiries and maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.
Provide administrative support for clinical education committees and assist with strategic planning, audits, and special projects.
At least one year of administrative or program coordination experience, ideally in medical or higher education.
Familiarity with educational technology (Exxat, Canvas) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, confidential, and collaborative environment.
Work Environment:
On-site, in office.

Salary & Benefits:
Competitive annual salary range of $45,000 - $47,000 commensurate with experience and education.
