The Department of Clinical Informatics at Monash Health is a dynamic, collaborative unit formed in February 2025. Bringing together the portfolios of the Chief Nursing & Midwifery Information Officer (CNMIO) and the Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO), the Department provides clinical leadership across digital health, information governance, analytics, training, adoption, AI, user experience and more.
We are now seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration Manager to join the team at Monash Medical Centre Clayton on a Permanent Full Time basis. A Hybrid working arrangement will be considered once a probationary period has ceased.
This is a pivotal and highly visible role, providing high-level administrative support to the CNMIO and CMIO, and contributing directly to the effective and efficient operation of their offices. You will work at the centre of a fast-paced, future-focused environment that is actively driving digital transformation to improve patient outcomes across Monash Health.
This role requires discretion, accuracy, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You are an experienced Administration Manager who demonstrates a flexible, can-do attitude and strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
Proactive and adaptable, you are a highly capable administrator who thrives on supporting senior leaders.
