Required Qualifications
Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire (or eligibility for licensure). Bachelor of Science in Nursing ( BSN ) required; Master’s degree in Nursing ( MSN ) or active enrollment in an MSN program preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of two years of recent clinical nursing experience. Demonstrated understanding of clinical teaching, professional standards, and evidence-based practice. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to foster collaboration with clinical partners, preceptors, and student care teams. Proficiency with or willingness to learn digital tools used for student tracking and communication (e.g., Blackboard, Zoom, email).
