Position Title: 988 Quality Improvement Coordinator

Type: Full-time (36-hours)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with program administrators and supervisors to assist in continued quality improvement (CQI) processes.
• Support and strengthen 988 program services through the development of CQI reports and data-driven improvement plans alongside the 988 leadership team.
• Assist in the presentation of 988 reports that highlight progress made towards meeting identified KPI standards.
• Enhance individual and group supervision of 988 Crisis Counselors and Supervisors through the utilization of quantitative and qualitative data analytics.
• Coordinate with other CQI agency administrators, as needed, for the purpose of reporting on standards established by licensing and accrediting bodies.
• Ensure clinical practices, program operations, and data collection/reporting standards meet CCBHC requirements and support quality improvements to meet targeted goals and fidelity standards.
• Provide support to data management team in developing reports, data collection, retrieval, and analysis, and presentation of data.
• Utilize a number of platforms and technologies for the purpose of analyzing and disseminating performance-based metrics.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in human services/healthcare administration preferred.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in healthcare or related field required.
• 3-5 years' experience in quality outcomes, data analysis, and program evaluation required.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and reporting analytical skills.
